Hi guys....my name is Brian. I help design and build Academy's H20 Xpress line of items as well as Marine Raider and Tournament Choice. I am glad yall are taking a liking to the jointed baits. We really worked hard on them and they came out better than expected, and have sold better than expected. Also nice to see them showing up in Ohio and Illinios as we have no stores located near there. I like to google our items once they hit the stores and see what people like or don't like about them, and of course I stumbled across this forum. Very nice Forum site and very welcoming members. Look forward to being a regular on this forum 8-)

How much does it weigh? It currently getting a rod for frogging and light swimbaits.

Resurrected a very old thread.  Wonder how many of the people that originally commented are still active on here.

I thought I was on this thread, but it was another so I'll give my $.02. It sinks fast, so it swims nose-up, which looks weird to me. I haven't gotten a bite on it and it's really difficult to cast well. I finally settled on a 7' MH spinning rod and kind of lobbed it. Honestly, this is about the same experience as most hard swimbaits I've used.
