So after thinking, something hit me. I'm pretty sure I shouldn't use Acetone to clean PT bearings because they have a polymer cage. I heard many people ruining their bearings. So what should I use to clean them? Or what would you recommend to soak in?

Coleman fuel works well on polymer bearings

I do not no if it works for gears but I would see if gas works, I do not know though so I would do some asking around first..... BEST BET GET AN ABU GARCIA
