I still have to sand, prime and paint it but overall I think it came out well. I even flanged/flared the PVC myself using a heat gun and a liquor bottle. It is relatively heavy and once mounted I think it will be a great addition to my new boat.

 

Just curious. If I was to make one of these, during the manufacturing process, does the liquor bottle start out full and end up empty?    If you're going to mount it permanently, don't forget to drill some drain holes in the bottom

Went for a test fit today and ad some issues as the fire extinguisher is riveted in to to where I was going to put the rack so i had to take a rear section out and then added 3 to the front. Now there should be no issues with fit. I will get this mounted ASAP and snap pics.
