If it's small enough that you HAVE to take a pic it's a dink.  LOL (check out my avitar).

 

IMO ... I tend to refer to marginal keepers or less as dinks.

Under 12 inches= dink

1-2#= small

2-3#= nice

3-4#= good one

4+= bigun

That's just me though! Remember a 2-3# smallie will give you a run for your money!

This is my sentiment and whole heartedly agree, a 2-3# smallie is a thrill to catch. 

Well I guess in ohio every fish I catch is considered a "dink" to you boys in the southern states pulling 4#s on a regular. A 4 pounder in ohio is the fish of the month lol I'd say anything a pound or less is a dink in ohio.

Agreed... if it's legal it's no longer a dink.

Yep! On most of the waters that I fish, 15" is the legal size. Under that, it's a dink.
