How far in advance can I apply jj to a bait and it not lose effectiveness? Fishing tomorrow eve and want to apply to some baits and keep in ziploc tonight.

Just like Francho said ,it last for weeks. I will put it on a Baby Paca craw and my garage smells for more that a few weeks JJ's does penetrate the plastic, other sents just lay on the surface! JJ's is the best sent out there!!

Yep, he uses clear on everything he fishes and then sometimes dies chartreuse tips on some things.  But he is a firm believer in clear on everything!

everything gets soaked in the clear.

 

only other thing I may do is ....... 1. dip 1 inch or so of a tail in chartruse or 2. dip/or accent a green pumpkin craw bait claws in metholate. Green pumpkin dipped in metholate makes orange.

I rarely do it as my favorite color is bama craw which already has the orange in it
