even though my Wally world has good tackle, it usually isnt worth it to go in when the little woman is grocery shopping. I don't want to wait in store for hours. I was sitting in car and it called me, I went in and War eagle spinnerbaits in 3/8 were all a 1.50. I went to town and have a nice array of colors to try beside the chart-chart/white or plain white I stick to.

Wow! Talk about a great deal.

Same here.  I don't even bother checking anymore.

My buddy bought a bunch of Luck E Strike cranks for $.80-$1 today, cleared them out. Our Wal Mart has them on sale too, for $5....

yeah they have powerbait for 3 dollars here and assorted rebels on clearance. strike king traps for $5 not a good deal, and strike spinners for $4 i got 3 of them just because i needed a few more but im disappointed with the wal mart here. down in my town my uncle cleared out the cranks, spinners, and soft plastics. glad were splitting that.  even tho I'm running out of room!  

I was there yesterday and they just stocked the new Trions over in the reels and had the two sizes i need. I took a breath and walked away then but I'm sure ill be back there shortly to buy every one they got. For a cheap spinning reel those things have been awesome for me.

I love that walmart regularly cleans house on their tackle. I cleaned up on hooks and a few cranks a few weeks ago, hoping to see my local store drop the prices on their war eagles... Will clean them out!

Congrats on the deal man! I've got 3 Walmart's that aren't very far away and it's worth stopping at every one of them because some will discount things the other didn't, or they'll have things cheaper at one.

Got a few baits on sale today at my walmart got a KVD 6xd for $1.50 and I got a shad rap for $4, bought 2, got few packs of owner offset hooks for $2 a pack.

Sail always has a bin of 1.99 crank baits (could be 2.99) can't remember. But it's cotton cordell stuff like crank baits and Jerk baits and lip less. Good deal
