Tuf - Line Supercast

I'm sure there have been treads posted about this, but I really don't venture in this section very often. I used 20# test all last year on 2 b/c rigs with virtually no problems, what's you opin on this line?

i had it on two spinning reels last season. I LOVE Tuf-line XP but I wasnt that fond of the supercast. I had it break a few times and trying to tie a leader on never worked well, the coating would rub off and leave a frayed section of line above the knot. The coating is mostly the reason i didnt like it.

Yep, I've used it a lot. It's great line.  Super strong and easy to cast.  It's not wirey like other braids.

The coating can sometimes come off, but it doesn't affect the strength of the line at all.  The coating helps improve casting by enabling the line to glide through the eyelets.  That's its sole purpose.  So it won't hurt it if it wears off.  If it bothers you, just cut the line above it and keep fishing. :)
