I was hoping this was gonna be another Rob Ford episode lol. But there does have to be more to the story. I would like to hear his explanation if he has one.

This is sadly true, New Bern is just 45 minutes away from Camp Lejeune and it was all over around here.  I cant for the life of me understand this although its probably to maintain votes from the major demographic. Just goes to show where some peoples agendas and lack of morals lie.

 Mayor Dana Outlaw (apparently the man's actual name) may have a somewhat difficult time getting re-elected.
