why are they only charging them with 1st degree robbery........ why not add assault with a deadly weapon and/or attemped murder? they had a hammer for cripes sake!!!

Should of shot all four. Fight crime shoot back. This can happen in any neighborhood. Just look at the home invasions.

Go to your local shelter and adopt a dog it could deter home invasions. When my rottie barks my house shakes. When she shows her ivory it really makes them think twice.

Not true we offer a free college education to inmates here in NY. So he will learn something....
