Has anyone had any success with the new spinnerbaits out at Dicks made by Strike King? They have and extra long skirt in the middle and come with a trailor hook. I think they look good, but is bigger better?

Has anyone had any success with the new spinnerbaits out at Dicks made by Strike King? They have and extra long skirt in the middle and come with a trailor hook. I think they look good, but is bigger better?

Generally I am not impressed with the quality of those lures. Skirt length, color and size should be determined by water color? The biggest bass I catch on a spinnerbait are on a smaller profile bait.

I don't know about the ones at Dick's, but I think you are referring to the Premier Plus with the perfect skirt.  I have had a lot of success on these, and I fish almost exclusively with 3/8 or 1/2 oz spinnerbaits.  Two of my three biggest fish ever have come on these spinnerbaits in the color firetiger.  

The best spinnerbait on the market. Ive had more success with this spinnerbait than all others combined. This bait is producing alot of fish for me, its one of my go to lures.
