Hello everyone:) I have a club tournament this weekend, but its forecasted to be rainy and some wind. Given the moon phase and water temps I am guessing they will be on the beds. How would you guys try to fish for them given this condition. This a northern lake so its typically very clear and no real cover. Thanks again for all the responses.

Drop shot. And after that, drop shot again

Weather isn't a factor if they are visibly on the beds. tick em' off with a mix of jig/craw trailer and creatures, then kill em' on a drop shot.

Bass do not mind gettin wet, the angler does!

It does matter to me if I can see the beds or not, I'm still gonna target that area.

thanks for the responses! i just figure with the rain and wind i probably wont be able to see the beds...haha, do you guys think they would come off the beds given the harsh weather or would they be locked on?

It's been cold in a lot of the northern lakes, what makes you believe the bass are spawning?

Use whatever lure you have confidence with to catch pre spawn bass.
