I'm a pretty patient guy, but when it takes 11 days to process and ship an order, that's crazy. Scheduled to deliver this Friday. If it does, that's a little under 3 weeks. Next time I'll just stick to Tackle Warehouse.

I agree I've had too many of those experiences with BTD. TW is my favorite way to go also.

So, you ordered on a Federal holiday at the end of a site-wide 25% off sale and you're complaining about shipping times?

 

A bit of too high expectations, no? It's a small operation, not nearly the size of TW. I've ordered from both and there are good aspects of each company.

Unless you ordered something that was back ordered 9 business days just to ship your order is NOT acceptable.

While we can empathize with your frustration, the best course of action is deal directly with the company. Escalate it up the ladder, file a grievance with PayPal or Ebay (if they were involved with the transaction). File a mail fraud complaint with the post office. There are other options, but attacking the company in a public forum is not appropriate nor allowed. Such posts will be removed.
