Had the day off work. Went to a new lake. I didn’t care for it at all. It’s a nature park in the downtown area. Really nice place. But choked out in weeds and very steep drop off banks. Just made it hard to fish the way I like to fish. Got a few bites and one that wanted to be 3 pounds but just wasn’t on a buzzbait. Killed time and rode around running the motor since I don’t run it often. Fished the pond by the house caught a ton of 1 pounders on caffeine shads.

    Final had a chance to make the 1:30 drive down to the Conowingo (PA/MD border) for smallmouths. Caught this LMB on a tube with blood on its belly.
