On TW site for preorder. I see 6'10" split grip coming my way!!!!

I'm torn between the 6'10" and the 7'3". Looks like an awesome rod!

 

I wonder if TW will actually have them in stock for the 21st?

I think I'm going to have a shootout between the new Crucials, new Zillions, and the Avid X rods.

 

The 7'3" MH full handle Crucial looks promising considering the price.

Pretty sure shimano is changing their warranty to 1 year.

- All shimano rods with lifetime warranties will be honored IF you have original proof of purchase

- ALL Shimano rods moving forward will have a 1-year warranty

- There will be NO over the counter exchanges anymore, all rods must be shipped to Shimano and replacements will be mailed

So if don't have the proof of purchase there isn't a need to ship back to the company regardless? I have crucials since '04 I think. Who keeps proof of purchase with a lifetime warranty that long?
