Anonymous Crankbaits

Featured Replies

Hello my fellow anglers!  Today was a GREAT day. I just came into a boatload of crank baits, I obtained from a client that was simply looking to make a quick buck. I got them dirt cheap. The only issue I have is knowing, or figuring out how deep they dive or basically what they are. I know a few of them, some I have never seen before. Is there a way to figure this out? Thanks in advance for the info.

I didn't want it to seem as if i was spamming pics of crankbaits as there are over (and im guessing here) a hundred but I'll post a few to get started.

I see a couple shad raps and a SPRO

The ones with the smallest bills will dive the shallowest.

Top middle-Spro Little John

Top right-Rapala shad rap, probably a #5 or #7

middle right-Storm wiggle wart, looks like it might be a pre-Rapala wart. If so, lucky you!

bottom left-Poe's or a Bagley's

bottom middle-maybe a Salmo Hornet?

bottom right-another shad rap in the same size.

Check the bills, some of these baits it should say right on them what they are.
