No App?

Featured Replies

Why doesn't this site have its own mobile app for iOS? It would be awesome to have an app with notifications and other cool features like on this site.

Well, maybe so.. But the Mobile site runs well on my I4S.. When I have too, I select Full site option and upload photos, but other than that it works quite good, at least in my opinion.

One complaint about the mobile version is that you can't tell where a quote ends and the persons actual post starts. Kinda annoying

Hasn't this been addressed, like, a million times?

Probably.

But the mobile app is OK at best. I haven't been able to load a picture other than my profile pic in many many tries. That's with the full version and the mobile site. Quotes show up the same as text. I can't hit the back button and return to the topic list, I have to go back through every like and page and comment i may have made like a 1990 browser.

A tapatalk option would make me the happiest bass fisherman in north Florida.

Obviously I'm going to continue to make do one way or another. I love it here.

Yes it has and my opinion hasn't changed.  When fishing I don't take time to post pictures or read topics, I can do that at home.

Fine for you snook, but my only internet is my phone. ....so its a pita to me.

Of course I'm a minority in that regard , so I certainly don't expect things to change for me. Just pointing out some flaws in the mobile site. ...and suggesting a solution. :)

Probably.

You might be trying to upload a picture to big (mb size). Try to lower the mb size and try again.

Yes it has been but it would be nice to have a app. Yes the mobile site is good buy a app is even better. Like Catfish1, Pandora, espn, the score, and River Monster's app, they go faster and smoother. That's why their is apps. I'm sure they will add one eventually but

No its not having a problem with the size. It just literally doesn't work at all. The mobile version doesn't give you an option to load a pic, so you switch to full version and go through the process, but nothing happens.

I had to try for over half an hour to load my profile pic and the ONE thread I replied to with pics of smallmouth. Just one pic. I tried again yesterday. .....no dice. No matter how many times I try and how long I wait, nothing happens.

It takes less than 5 seconds to post a pic with tapatalk. J/s

so what's the issue with this not working on tapatalk?  if the forum owner/developer/whoever would like me to set it up shoot me a pm :)
