Custom Spinnerbaits

Featured Replies

Anyone here make their own custom spinnerbaits?? Looking to start making my own

. Post pics if ya can of your custom baits. Intrested in how you guys are designing them

I buy the heads prepainted with wire. Add blade(s) and bend end. Add swivel. I either make my own skirts from silicon tabs or buy premaid skirts.

Barlows is good.

Same here. It's actually cheaper if you find an online store that sells unpainted heads and paint them your self then clear coat. I use lureparts.com or fishingskirts.com

I make skirts that are simple. And I like the hidden weight spinner bait heads.

I make my own but they aren't very fancy.  I go for simple and productive in a very few colors, mostly some variation with white being the dominant color.

ya you just slap some together and hit the water

the bass will tell ya if they like the purty ones or the butt ugly ones

I throw whatever the bass say they like .. even tho I like the purdy ones.. they may just sit lookin purdy

I make from 1/8 to 1 oz from scratch the only tool I would not live without is the nakedbaits skirt tool that thing is AWESOME!!
