Hi Folks,

 

In theory I can build a fishing rod.  Usually when I can build something in theory, the first whatever-it-is comes out fairly decent.  This is one of my few natural talents.

 

I have a couple Abu Garcia rod handles with pistol grips I'd like to build on:

I know they won't be quite as sensitive as blank-through designs, but that's OK.

 

I need a source of blanks, epoxy, guides and wrap. 

 

Can anyone recommend a good place?
