November Fishing?

Featured Replies

What lures do you recommend for fishing this time of year?

I would like to know if I have the right stuff...

What stuff do you have?

Jigs, worms, jerkbaits work for me. Blade baits are supposed to be good. Never fished one.

Blades, jigs and suspending jerkbaits are my go to's. Special mention goes to a red craw trap and a Space Monkey on a jighead.

X2 on the space monkey on a jig. Deadly combo!

Same as rest of the year except I'll throw a lot more jerkbaits, downsize everything else, and fish slower.  This time of the year can be pretty tough for me on small bodies of water.  I've always had better luck on bigger reservoirs this time of year.

A brown and orange/ black and blue jig with a rage Db craw dipped in some jj"s, and cankbaits have been what's killing it for me this month, worked great last year too with the exception of the DB craw as a trailer i was using zoom chunks

jigs, trick worms on a shakyhead, and jerkbaits are all I need unless I'm on a warm water lake.

An 8-10" swimbait. And if you must, you can down grade to a 6" but from December till March I will have an 8" Hudd or Line Thru tied on as well as a 10" triple trout floater. Also going to try a jigging/structure spoon too, but late fall till summer I'll always have a swimbait tied on. Others prefer jigs and that may work for them as well as jerk baits.
