My Thoughts On Black Friday....

I was appalled for a couple years at first....then amused for a couple years....recent years, just apathetic....maybe I'm moving towards 'accepting' since I dropped my wife at the mall Thanksgiving night; I went and parked a half mile away and smoked a good cigar, so I still feel like my hands are clean  :)

Hmmm....didn't realize there are five 'A' stages of Outrage:

Appalled

Amused

Apathetic

Accepting

and...??  Approval?  I guess that's next

Nothing more than a classic bait and switch sale. Only a couple items are anything close to actual "special" deals and there is a limited numbers of those available. The rest is sold at prices you can get any other time and a lot of time lower prices are available closer to the holiday. The "special" deals are only there to get a mass of people in the door.

You could not pay me to waste time doing BF shopping.

We have a holiday about being thankful for what we have.... Next day go out and sit in line trample someone for 200 bucks off a tv. Not to mention the stuff that they put out has lower quality parts then what they normally are. Imo it's quite stupid and hypocritical of people to do.
