Ohio state dominated Wisconsin and the best back in college football. What should their ranking be ?

Buckeyes should almost always be a top 5 in football and basketball. They always have a good crop to step up and seem to always make it happen.

I think it should be 1.'Bama 2.Oregon 3.FSU 4.TCU 5. Ohio st. and 6.Baylor.

The reason TCU beats Baylor, is because of non-conference schedule... TCU beat Samford, and they both played killed SMU, and then thay beat Minnesota. Baylor beat SMU , Northwestern st. a team I didn't know even exists, and Buffalo. TCU had to beat a really good Minnesota team that beat Nebraska and almost beat Ohio St, Baylor didn't. Thats the only way I can see a difference between the two.

glad I saw this. The Buckeyes are a great team and the only reason we are not undefeated is because we had to prep a QB in 12 days, against a good defense. We killed the 13th ranked team. TCU beat Iowa state by less. So my pick 1. Bama 2. Oregon 3. Ohio state 4. FSU

Y'all know what a buckeye is? A worthless nut, Ohio is full of them.

Honestly though I'm glad I'm not on the committee, hard to know which team to put there, Ohio or TCU, then again Baylor had a good year too. No matter who ends up as 3 & 4 there will be controversy.

Exactly where an archaic system puts them.

 

If OSU didn't do a good enough selling the idea that the Big10 something more than what the other conferences say they are, then they do not deserve to be considered for even the current ranking they are sitting at.  The current system has nothing to do with a won-loss record against schools with similar goals, and everything to do with public relations.

I'm still having a VERY hard time understanding any system where FSU is not #1. The defending national champs who have not lost in 29 games when everyone else has at least one loss deserves the top spot.

I agree, FSU should be 1. but they don't like them because they haven't destroyed other teams like they did last year.

When your constantly within 7 points of a unranked team that's is not or barley bowl elidlgeble it calls for some question.

IMO TCU should have been ahead of OSU. TCU beat more ranked teams and their loss was to #5 and only by 3 points. OSU's loss to VT looks terrible now that VT has gone 6-6.

Ohio state beat 9 bowl ranked teams though. And if Baylor would had played harder opponents then that would had been bigger

I think it should be a 6 team playoff like the NFL

LSU takes on Notre Dame in the Music City Bowl which should be a good game.
