How long does it take you guys to make each crankbait or swimbait or similar object???

What kind of bait are you talking about?  Some of mine are quite simple and only take a short time while others require many steps.

a unpainted round head.  About 20 seconds

a spinnerbait  about 5 minutes

a complete jig  totally probably about 8-10 minutes.  that factors in getting everything out, pouring, making the skirt, etc

Usually all day for one crank.  I only use a small dremel and sandpaper to shape.  And like Jigman said there are many steps.  I usually let paint set overnight, as well as the clear.  

A big deep diving crank takes about 7 hrs start to finish.  If you want to count drying time on the sealer about 4 days.  Takes 24 hrs for each coat to dry and all my baits get 3 coats.
