Hey Illinois Guys!

Featured Replies

I know a lot of guys from upstate also fis some southern Wisconsin lakes. I'm looking for someone that can put me in touch with a guide for fishing Lake Geneva. I haven't fished there but once recently and figured the best way to get reacquainted with it was to go out with someone that is familiar with it.

So how about it, any recommendations or better yet, anyone familiar with Lake Geneva willing to share a day on the lake at my expense?

Hey Papajoe,

Talk to this guy. He is a guide on Lake Geneva and knows his stuff. His name is Carl Kaufmann.

Here is his link. Tell him Ted (Cadman) sent you

PS: Aren't you the guy that fishes Delavan alot?

I've had the pleasure of having Carl as a guide. Good guy. Recommend him as well.

You may want to try John Troshen from The Pier. Has a way of catching big ones.

Yep I forgot about him, another good guy. I believe he owns "The Pier" on Linn Rd by Lake Geneva. I do know he guides as well.

If you can get in contact with Steve Mui I highly suggest it. He is a stick on Geneva. He doesnt guide but he may show you a thing or two if you run into him out there. Asian guy running a legend.
