I'm prepared to bid on this reel, but i want to know what it's worth before trying to snag a deal haha. anyone know what it's worth and if its any good?

It's sold as a combo with a rod at BPS for about $85. I'm guessing the reel is worth between $30-$45 of that price.

I personally wouldn't get a baitcaster under 75, but if you'll use it go for it.

Despite my earlier post, I'll second that. I held the combo today at Bass Pro and it sucks. Terribly heavy and the reel has no amount of smoothness. Feels like a toy.
