Unfortunately I bought mine from another board member but it was brand new in the box. Which parts did you end up needing?

If it's missing the same parts it should be the following. I would take it apart and make sure these are the only parts before calling!

      I received the reel earlier today and have not taken it apart. I don't know if I should open it up to try and figure it out or send it back, I don't feel a $500 reel should need fixing out of the box!
