Never seen hooks quite like this, what would I use these for? Tight lines and hope all is well! Appreciate the help.

One thing is for sure, if you use that hook with fluorocarbon line, no fish would ever see it...

Its gonna be hell to tie for sure

Its hard to see, bet it would be good for finicky fish .
