Poor Luck With Super Fluke?

Super flukes, like all baits, work great until they don't.  There are too many factors (some predictable and some not) which determine if they will work.

I've caught small and big fish with watermelon flukes here in south Florida. Ehen the bite is slow its my go to bait next to a senko. Also junebug works well in dark water.

Awesome I have some watermelon reds to try also. I've had good luck on the stick type baits just the flukes messing with me. I'm gonna give them a shot tho this week

Its impossible to not catch a fish on a fluke. Its also impossible to not have a great time doing so. Its my go-to bait. Fish it weightless with 8lb fluoro. 3/0 EWG hook. Fish it quickly, with hard snaps on slack line. Get ready for some violent strikes.

I mixed results with these. I have better luck with dark colors though. Water color does not matter.

A weightless fluke on a 4/0 EWG hook fished right in Florida should produce year round. I have yet to find a color better than black. Fished on casting gear and 12# tatsu gets the job done fine.

I throw a super fluke in baby bass color in the park by me. If I use them in a specific area of the lake with lilipads I can catch a bunch of smaller bass. I will go and do that if I am getting skunked. LOL.

Other than that, I haven't had much success with them.

Glad to hear im not the only one lol.

I love them but it depends on the weather and season. one day they'll be amazing and the next they'll suck

I must be only using them on the suck days.
