7' MH ModFast, #30 8 carrier braid and a 6.x:1 reel for all 3 baits.  

My choices don't depend on the bait, they depend on the weight.

 

For 1/4oz spinners, swim jigs, dont use chatters this small: 

5' 8'' shimano speed stick (pistol grip) medium power moderate fast action - 30lb 832 braid

 

For 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, spinners, chatters, swim jigs:

6' 6'' Abu Garcia Veracity MH power moderate fast action - 50lb 832 braid

 

For the small weights I use the small rod, it can cast them a mile and has great control, land plenty of big fish on it too.

 

The bigger baits I want enough power to drive the big single hook home but a moderate action because it is a moving bait.

I fish a 1/4 oz spinnerbait a lot and I use a 6'6" M Daiwa Excelar (previous model) with 10-12# mono on a 6.3 reel

 

1/4-3/8 oz swim jig is thrown on a 7'1" MH *** with 40# braid on a 7.1 reel.  Reason is because I will fish a swim jig through similar places that I would throw a frog.

I use the same set up for each technique. Daiwa tatula 7'2" mh 'regular' taper is what they call it. Rod has plenty of backbone to drive the hook home but a delayed tip to not rip the bait away from the fish. Reel is a daiwa tatula 6:3:1 ratio and I use 15# fluorocarbon

I use the same for chatterbaits and spinnerbaits. a MHF SC  Triumph (upgrading to a Dobyns D734/5 soon), I like to use a 6.8 Lew's TMB-LFS. 

AS far as the swimjig, I just use my jig rod, a DX745 with a Lew's SuperDuty 8:1
