Come on you can't tell who is who. Were are bibs standard issue for all men? Among NASCAR related clothing, camo, wife beaters, and cutoff shorts. Granted he is wearing a shirt under them, but it was like 70 out that day. He was going to wear cut offs and a wife beater. He decided it was to cold for that.
