What Do You Want To Learn In 2015

Featured Replies

I want to learn how to use my electronics better. Upgraded both graphs last year and after a long winter realize I fish history and fish the banks way too often. I need to do some idling around before I wet a line and let those electronics do what they are supposed to.

Swim jigs.

I will second this.  One of my main goals this year.  Along with jigging deep water on lakes.  I fish streams most of the time, so i'm not to good at big lakes, but that is what ill be working on this year!

I want to learn firsthand that there are 10 lb bass in Maine

How to play guitar. After my recent surgery I found that I can now supinate my left hand (turn it palm up) I gave up playing drums with a conventional grip and never pursued playing the guitar because of my inability to do so.

Oh, you were asking about fishing. Fishing a drop shot on a spinning rod with light weights. I need. To work on feeling the weight loose contact with the bottom.

Last year's list:

drop shot-check-caught many fish and one 5 pounder

Jig-Failed miserably

This year:

Jigs (swim and conventional)-Gonna try again this year

Square Bills- I have them but just don't throw them much.

It's just hard to put down the top water lures for me. They're so fun!

Tubes for me.Nevered fished with dem,so I wanna learn how  to use dem.

how to fish a dropshot, jerkbait, and other things like that.

Flipping/punching heavy cover and skipping docks. I'm on the bank so it's not easy to get to good spots for either.

I skipped a dock today and got one. Nothing to write home about, but it's worth writing on a forum.
