Duckett Micro Magic Or G Loomis E6X?

Featured Replies

I want to get a rod for soft plastics and spinnerbaits but I'm not sure. I'm gonna pair it up with a lews speed spool. I know the e6x is new but have any of you used either of these rods?

Uh, Uh, yup... & I would take any broken Loomis over a "White Carrot Stix" anyday... Of course, this is simply, my very own opinion.

I have 3 ducketts. Never even touched a loomis. But since they have a price point rod out now, i may pick one up to see how they compare. But im 100% happy with my ducketts.

White carrot stick....that is funny. Have you fished any of those Powell rods with the Dobyn's name on them lately Alonerankin2 ?

I own ducketts and they are very nice rods and well worth the price. The problem is I doubt many people have fished the new loomis rods yet. I know I have not so I can not compare them but I do know you can not go wrong with the Duckett.

I have fished Loomis, Lamiglas, Duckets, Lexa's, and a number of others over the years.  Do not "personally" care to own just one brand.  Unless of coarse I'm wearing a Jersey!  All brands have good ones and also ones that feel like sticks without leaves.
