I bought a jdm Metanium XG 8.5:1 for my pitching and flipping setup, its on an *** Black. I like it so much im going to buy another Metanium. This one is going on a Orochi XX Jerkbait Special. So for jerkbaits, topwaters and the occasional shallow crank should i go with the 6.2:1 or the 7.4:1? I can't decide!

Id go with the 7-4 .... I'm switching to a 6.3 now from my 7.2 topwater/jerkbait setup

I'd also go 7:4

I use the HG model Metanium on my jerkbait rod. I prefer the faster speed for picking up the slack line whenever I get bit.
