After a cold front with rain during pre-spawn / spawn when you get those two or three straight days of warm up , cloudless , sunny , bluebird conditions - what are your favorite lures and techniques to use on these bluebird days ? * Again I indicate the current season (pre-spawn / spawn) which most of us are now encountering ...Thanks in advance !

One bait I really like is a Hula Grub, fished in place of a bigger jig or creature bait. Don't overlook tubes, finesse jigs, finesse worms, centipedes, and subtle action baits. Senkos, fat ikas, and soft jerkbaits fished slow are always worth throwing in tough conditions.

Rat-L-Trap & Spinnerbait ;)

Lipless Bait & a Flat sided Crankbait. . . .

Something about that shape & profile.

Thanks guys - I believe bass get a bit of lock jaw on a rising barometer and sunny cloudless days can make them stay a bit tighter to available cover or make a more finesse approach more appealing under tough conditions . Early & late though could provide an opportunity for top water action where perhaps I can be a bit more aggressive ?

I would agree had you not said pre-spawn/spawn!
