Sunline Flipping Fc

Anyone use this stuff yet? Just came out late last year. I'm currently using pline cx 20 pound but have difficulty seeing it and think FC would be a little more sensitive and less stretch.

Get some braid line and never worry again. I'm doing just that for pitching and flipping. I bought Sufix 832.

I use CX 15 & 20 moss green.. It's extremely low stretch line. In fact I personally like it better than FC.

Braid is good and all but my pitching rod is xfast and I've ripped the hook out of fish with that combination. Not to mention braid tends to saw into wet wood.

I use a Lews Custom Speed Stick MHF. Hope I don't have that problem.

you try braid with a FC leader? Did you like it? I like it for other things not for flipping.

Same here. Love braid with a leader on my spinning gear, hate it on casting gear. Straight braid works well for flipping grass and frogging, but try fishing straight braid with a football jig at Table Rock or through zebra mussels, no bueno.

I have tried a leader in past and it's okay. But having a leader knot while pitching heavy cover doesn't inspire confidence. Just the other day I flipped a bass over a tree.
