No matter what i try i end up with a birds nest when i try and flip and pitch with my BPS PQ on a johnny morris carbonlite 7' MH. Can someone help please?

educate your thumb by LOTS of practice pitching, start with short pitches and increase distance and getting your thumb trained to lightly feather the spool till your confident in your pitches without getting any birds nests .
