Are you looking for for names of lakes or specific locations on SoCal lakes?

Asking a bass angler to give up a specific spot isn't going to work for you, a general location of a well known area may work, depending on the lake.

Lower Otay is the hot lake right now.  Hope you do not mind fishing with lots of company.

 

There are rumors a plenty of San Vicente opening soon.  It is likely that launch tickets will be by ticketmaster only.  Lots of talk of a new world record!

My fav lake around southern Cali is probably Lopez.

Best lake for numbers is Barrett

All so cal lakes with the exception of a few are very low and the bass fishing has dropped off

The San Diego area has always been a hidden gem that alot of people never fish

Pick a lake there all good

personally any lake that doesn't have jet skis
