had issues with my power pole controls working so I sent a message to their support crew and to say they have great customer service would be a disservice to them.  

 

I received a response the very next morning with a test to try, informing me to let them know how it went.  As soon as I performed the test and got back to them, they responded with the problem and are sending me out a new part.  I know that I read some post giving them kudos but I can tell you that it's been a long time since I've had a company respond so quickly and back their product, that I had to give them their due.

 

Everyone always asks me how I like my Power Pole and I will repay this service with more than a simple I like it for now on.

x2, I had a problem with mine on Monday. Called Tuesday Afternoon, my part has been shipped & will be here Friday
