Fun With Felix77

Featured Replies

Felix was in DFW on business today and met up with me and my son for a little pond fun. The bass were not too hard to come by on Senkos although a little on the small size. As always, glad I got to see you buddy!

One of the greatest things about this forum. I don't get to travel much, but when I do I've never had a problem finding members that are willing to put me on some fish and even loan tackle if I don't have my own.

Can't tell you the number of people who've told me if I was in the area they'd take me out and let me experience some of the great fishing around their lakes. If I was old enough (with the money) it would be a blast to do a round-the-U.S/Mexico trip and meet some BR members.

Yep, I wish there was more in our area and the lakes were better. I've said it several times that any member that wanted to experience first hand just how bad the fishing actually is in Kansas, I'd be more than happy to take them fishing.

Got to fish with Felix again today and had a hoot! Hit a couple different ponds that both had bass eager to be caught. Chad got a bonus channel cat and Felix caught the lunker of the day, a 10 pound.....turtle. It was quite entertaining watching Chad nearly get bit while attempting the hook removal. Glad he was a good sport about it!
