Favorite Fall Baits

Featured Replies

I like throwing bigger stuff, too.  I did pretty well throwing a Bill Norman Big N in "Bull Bream" color last weekend.  Those are some chunky baits that are inexpensive and work very well.

Fall time to me is underspin (fish head spin for some of you) time. I prefer the Road Runner Caseys classic heads, and pair them with a 3.8 inch to a 4.3 inch keitech. slow roll it on the bottom or swim and pop it past cover and you'll get bit.

Jerkbaits

Spinnerbaits

Squarebills

Lipless cranks

Topwaters can be deadly at the right times

This plus hollow belly swimbaits seem to kill it it this time of year as well.

Zoom Flukes or Sluggo on a Scrounger. Deadly
