I think the 10' length is going to limit your selections. I built a 10' 7wt Sage One last year for a board member and he loves it.

I am that board member and I do truly love it.  It's my goto rod for Steelhead and the Sage One blank is about as good of a blank as you can get (and one of the few that come in a 10' 7wt.).

Ya 10' is a little limiting. Rain shadow revelation has a 10' option I believe.

Come to think of it, i believe PacBay Quickline comes in 10'.

PacBay Quicklines are great fly blanks.  They are faster, as the name implies, than the traditional actions.

I can say this.. Don't be fooled, The Sage rod blank is the top of the line.. We have comparable models as does everyone!! Let us know if we can answer any questions!
