Unfortunately, my fish was .16 and the secret number was .03

Its likely a certificate for a boat. Suppose he could take it to a dealer and pick a floor model, or buy straight from production line so it could be a while before we see the boat.

They're waiting until the new models come out. It will be the beginning of next year as I understand it.
