Ever Order From Fishing Castle?

It is a company in Indonesia.  Very good prices.  Looking at the Pinnacle DHC5-701CAMCB at less than $95 before shipping.  My main concern is that shipping will negate the stellar price.  Anyone with experience buying from them?  Could always add another rod if they would ship it without adding more to the shipping cost.  Lots of places want to charge shipping for each item ordered even though they ship in the same box.  (Not talking just fishing here.)  Bigger profit for them.

Price of the Pinnacle Optimus Xi is about 50% of what it normally sells for.  Would love to have one after using my Primmus.  Similar prices on other reels such as the President and Supreme XT spinning reels.  Thanks.

They have a min. quant. to purchase on a lot of their products. I looked at several reels that would interest me and the smallest quant. I could order was 15. I did see the Shimano CI4 Stradic at $105 and you could order just one, my estimated shipping was $19. So a new Stradic at $125 is a super deal. Didn't proceed to see what they accepted for payment. They have been in business since 2008. Brian.

They certainly have incredible prices, almost TOO incredible. I get a bit antsy buying some things from the Asia region with so many reported counterfeit items. However, they take PayPal, so if you got something other than you were expecting they usually help you out or refund your money. Happened to me on a few things before

Fishing Castle: I ordered 3 reels December 13. I have wanted to buy more for gifts. Every time I try to place an order, when I go to pay or check out by credit card or with Pay Pal, it says "no products in your cart." I have logged out and then back in. It recognizes my Dec 13 order but will not allow another. I have tried orders for as much as $1000. and as little as $20. with same result. Anyone else had a problem? Are they shutdown?

the important question/answer should be, has anyone ever had a product Delivered from this company?

But as far as rejected orders go, many legitimate suppliers are currently not taking orders from countries to which they have lost reliable shipping in 2020.  Mako in Ukraine makes titanium bite traces with the most incredible tiny and stealthy hardware.  I'm a junkie for them with toothy salt fish.  They used to sell on ebay, but no more, and their website rejects US orders with a "cannot ship to USA" reply.

back with a record to report.  I placed an order with Hedgehog for Air Bearings and trim parts, late Sunday night, and it was just delivered - that's something like 36 hours.  Fed-Ex is no longer stopping in Anchorage, but non-stop from Japan to Memphis.

Thanks for the replies. I will notify Pay Pal of the potential fraud.

I placed an order (Pflueger Trion 4520 reel for $17.95) with Fishing Castle in February 2023 and still have not received my reel, nor had a response when I try to contact them.  Their website said allow 28 days for delivery but we are long past that shipping date... When I go to google it says "account suspended".. doesn't look good ...
