    Probably not, depending on the year. Your 115 sounds like the late 80's to late 90's versions. They were inline sixes.  The 150 to 200 carbed and efi Mercs shared the same v6 engine and gear cases, but might not have had the same gearing.  Go to your Merc dealer with engine serial numbers to be sure.

    No the inline 6 completely different lower unit than V6.
