Curious what everyone who uses them like. 

The G Money brand was recommended but wanted to ask what you guys use.

I've used the Jewel Hole Punch Skirt a little last year.  It was okay, I liked the rubber/silicone hub. But most of my punch skirts are attached to the tungsten weight.  I use Pepper Punch Skirted Tungsten weights and ordered a bunch of skirted punch weights from Siebert's last summer.  I did start to put a small piece of mini airline tubing for fish tanks between the hook and the tungsten weight to protect the knot.  Works pretty well.

Wow I wish I could afford $2.50 skirts.  I'm with gulfcaptain and use a weight that has a skirt keeper, and make my own skirts.  BOSS Weed Eater Punch Head are affordable lead.   Nice price on those Pepper's though

If you order from Siebert, get the skirts wired otherwise the rubber bands want to slip off.  Found out the hard way and ended up tying up all mine with braid to keep them in place.

I just order plastic hubs and then wire tie a skirt on them. Nice and cheap.

I buy the weights with the skirt collar so i can put on any skirt.

Me too . I found some lead ones , I a not paying for tungsten .

Do you guys ever use these punch skirts for anything other than punching applications?

 

 

Not really and honestly i hardly use them for punching

Sometimes I use them on a Fla rig in heavy cover also when the bite is slow and I feel the need to throw a change up, especially in high pressured areas.
