I'm buying a 2008 Tracker Pro Team 175 TXW from my uncle that is in great shape other than the seats need to be reupholstered or replaced as the stitching has begun to come undone.  Has anyone had any experience with replacement seats from DeckMate? Seem like good quality and should match up nice with the red/gray color scheme of the boat.

Can't comment on these particular seats moguy1973, when I ran into this situation with my boat I got the bench seat from the manufacturer.  I'm sure someone has experience with these particular seats and can give a honest opinion.  If cost and quality is comparable to OME, it's a nice problem to have.  

I'd take a look at factory replacements first. They'll match the boat perfectly as well as keeping the resale value higher. As J said if quality compare to oem and they cost less the ones you found could be an option. 

Check the BPS web site.  They probably carry them or something close to them.
