Guides are easy to salvage.   Handles, not so much.  It can be done,  but the labor would probably equal the cost of new construction,  unless it's some kind of intricate cork work, EVA overlay or carbon fiber. 

Where's the break ? Maybe repair is an option?

Steve Broadwell in Jefferson built me a few custom travel rods a few years back.  BC Custom rods.  He may be able to help.
