Hopefully this weekend I can finally catch some real bass. Not dinks, the only thing I've caught this year. GL

I've caught my fair share of dinks this year too hah I've also caught.a few good 3 almost 4 pounders so I'm just looking for the big ones good luck to you also. Where ya fishin at 

Going to be a pretty chilly start to my fishing year but a couple of friends want to get out and go to a local lake that none of us had ever fished before tomorrow, a small lake but big enough to launch the bass boat on and use for the day, looking forward to the challenge and the day with friends.

Hope everyone did well this past weekend, my friend and I did finally get to that lake yesterday and ended up with 25 total, water temp was at 45.7, stained but not heavily, largest being roughly 2.5lbs, best bait was a Rapala rattle trap, red eye chrome with a blue to black top, I tried learning how to fish some of my newer baits and ended up with 5, lost a good one at the boat fishing the Strike King shadalisious for the first time, I learned a lot but more importantly had a great day fishing with my buddy.

That's a great day at the lake!
