What size wire are most of you all using to tie your jigs.  I'm thinking about going a shade bigger.

What ever is in a 1/2 horse table saw motor.  I've been using it for 10 years and probably have another 10 to go.

I start with hobby store wire on spools, but went to .025 stainless wire. Bends and twists real nice.

I use coated copper wire. 24 gauge. Buy it from parawire. Little more than the hobby wire, but seems to be quite a bit stronger.
