Fried snakehead is delicious, and the two small ones I caught are gone. Anyone know where I can order some snakehead meat? Surely dead meat isn't illegal to possess?

Check your local Asian grocerie stores they might carry it

Come down here and catch as many Snakeheads as you want.You can easily fill a bucket with them in Tamarac and surrounding areas .

I was thinking I heard they are illegal to import anymore to try to stop the spread of them? 

You can possibly get them at fishmarkets in DC.   The few licensed bowfisherman that are allowed to sell them,  sell them to the fish mongers dealing in DC and southern MD.
