Sorry this has been done to death but i couldn't search it for some reason.  If I want one hook that will work well with all three should it be a #5 Wide Gap?

Me, too. I fish Gamakatsu & X-Point.

If T-Rigging a senko I prefer a 3/0 EWG instead of a 4 because I think it gives it a little more action.

But same with everyone else 4/0 for ikas, 5/0 for frogs.
